    Hello Carl-Johan,

    White lines across the screen are not a common or known issue insofar as I have seen; I've updated my M10 to the latest firmware and these lines do not occur.

    Sounds like same bug that is already in for a few FW versions (stripes, greyish screen, see other posts). So be welcome. BS has not been able to solve. Unplug the unit, wait a minute and power up again. Then everything is back to normal. Usually happens after the unit falls "asleep" and has to wake up again for playback.

    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for your quick response. If this problem is known and something BS has not been able to solve so far, I will return the product to the store today and buy another brand. To unplug, wait and power again doesnt sound like a permanent solution.

    A product for about USD 3000 must be able to perform better!
