Thank you everyone for your patience.

The Binary Octet issue affecting some MQA content which started on Sunday, November 22nd sometime has been resolved at TIDAL's server end.

If you are still having issues, please ensure you are not getting a different issue than the one above. You may contact support@bluesound.com or select Help, Send Support Request in the App for any other issue that is occurring. If you are still receiving the above error, we recommend contacting TIDAL directly.

We do apologise for the inconvenience but thank you for understanding.

I don’t have any problems streaming Tidal on Sonos or HEOS, or in iOS devices. But I have frequent problems with my Bluesound Vault. Skipping (MQA and CD/AA quality, error messages, etc. My internet speed is very fast and I’ve upgraded all my cables. Any suggestions.?

I think MANY BluOS users have this issue and error message - only with MQA content on Tidal, right?

Dear Bluesound team - I posted about this on facebook forums and MANY BluOS users have reported it - please work with Tidal to fix this - it only happened since yesterday so something happened yesterday, possibly at Tidal's end.

Yes only with MQA and Tidal.

But not all MQA files I hope there is a solution for it.

Thank you for your patience - we are aware of the sudden issue in TIDAL and investigating certain MQA content appears to be resulting in a binary error.

We will continue to monitor the situation as we speak to our good friends at TIDAL and try to locate the source of the issue.

We will keep you apprised of the situation on this thread so please continue to monitor it for updates as they become available.

    Thanks for your patience.

Hi, I still have the same problem. I have no issues with any Tidal MQA track when listening on my phone. However if I try to listen via Node 2 I receive the error message. Same happens via Tidal connect or directly via BluOS app. Not all MQA tracks are affected. What is really strange that song which I coul PLAY yesterday I can not play today....
