    Hello Janne, 

    Not something I have seen personally, but as you've factory reset the player and router and still see the issue, I'd like you to replicate the issue and send our support crew a diagnostics log so they can investigate further.

    You may send this log via the BluOS app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached).

    Hi Jan

    I see you have not reported back to Kyle that TIDAL Connect was also causing issues after he recommended it, you should let him know by replying to your existing request.
