    Hello there,

I've tested on both the Win app and Android app, and my Favourites appear to load:

Since you've already tried re-installing the app, I would recommend reboot the player itself.

    Regards,

    hi,

    the problem is solved.

under "Music Services" > "TIDAL" i first checked if i am registered with my music service "TIDAL". this was the case.

following an intuition i logged out of "TIDAL" and then logged in again. after that, under "My Favorites" not only "Stations" appeared but also "Playlist", "Songs", "Artists" and "Albums". Below "Artists" all my saved favorites were accessible again.

it's a pity that the BluOS controller doesn't show the connection error to registered music services. i hope the BluOS development team will take up this suggestion for improvement.

    thanks!

    best regards

    frank

    hi,

the solution described above is only a workaround. the real cause for the loss of connection to the music service (in my case "TIDAL") is another one:

      activating the "bluetooth mode"!

the activation of the "bluetooth mode" takes place, if you select the entry "bluetooth" in the "navigation drawer".

to deactivate the bluetooth mode again is much more complicated. the necessary steps are described below:

    https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360035414394-how-to-turn-bluetooth-OFF-

for the next software version, i suggest to deactivate this mode in the "navigation drawer" under the entry "bluetooth".

    best regards

I have now the same problem with Qobuz. No favorits, no qobuz, no tunein as well by the way. Just a circle going round. I then followed the suggestion to log out of Qobuz (via music service, qobuz) and then logged in again. Result is that Qobuz is no longer shown! My qobuz account using the QObuz app is working fine. This is again a Bluesound problem. Updates are a mess.

Again the update of the app led to many problems. I hope this one will be solved asap. If not fast, I'll buy another streamer (not from Bluesound) because I'm fed up with these problems. Sorry the the hundreds of euros down the drain, but this is so annoying!

After 1,5 hours of trying to find out what to do, I reinstalled the fantastic (NOT) app, configured the player again (not that this works flawlessly) and then I could login with my Qobuz credentials again. And magically everything reappeared. I was on the brink of ordering another streamer with a better app. Now it's working again, but I do hope the Bleusound software engineers stop throwing faulty app at their customers. I cannot recommend BlueOS to othersas long as this has not improved drastically.
