Clicking when Powernode 2i and Flex Grouped over wifi
AnsweredHi there
I have recently purchased a Powernode2i for main room setup, including Turntable input into audio through ProJect pre-amp and KEF passive speakers, and a secondary room location with a Flex.
When I play the analogue input on the main room wired speakers it sounds excellent (both TT input and have tried with wired from ipad). However, as soon as I add the flex to the create a group, i get an annoying "clicking" in the audio across both rooms. Additionally, if I remove the Flex and go back to only main-room playback, the clicking persists there too.
I have tried both main router connection through wifi and through Plume wifi extenders 4 feet from the powernode. I have changed the wifi channel to 3,6,11,4,8, and removed band switching. Turned off A/V mode on both Bluesound units. Tried compressed group audio and non compressed. Nothing works.
I have sent a ticket to Bluesound almost a week ago and have not heard any reply. I am getting increasingly impatient and regretful as I purchased this system purely to have high-quality multi-room turntable listening which doesnt seem possible.
Anyone here had a similar issue and found a solution?
Thanks

Hello David,
I can see you've opened up a request with the support crew -- they will be in touch. In the meantime, please replicate the issue and follow up with a diagnostics log so our team can investigate further. You can send this log via the BluOS app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached).

I can confirm I have similar issues. PowerNode2i with input from PC, grouped with Node2i or Soundbar.
Streaming or playing from NAS has no issues however.
After 3.10.x i noticed "less" dropouts, but still far from "ok".1 -
Thanks Sam, I have sent via APP as requested. Looking forward to your help!
