installing a solid state drive?

has anyone installed a solid state drive in their vault 2i? even though there's not much of a delay when selecting a song having a solid state drive would speed things up and would avoid the mechanical failure that most older hard drives eventually have. is the bios software installed on a partition on the same hard drive that the music is stored on or is there a separate drive for both?

  The VAULT Harddrive is a specially designed media drive that runs at a slower RPM so as not to generate heat, noise and extend the life of the drive. It is also specially formatted to prevent data loss.

  We are very comfortable and proud of the 2TB drive in your VAULT and do not recommend opening your VAULT there are no user-serviceable parts inside and you will void your warranty.
