BluOS player - automatic change of music track every 30 seconds

Hi,

I installed the latest version of the OS as required last week and since, whenever I want to listen to a playlist, the player will automatically switch every 30 seconds to the next music track. This happens on every playlist and I don't know how to stop it.

Contacting the support Crew is just impossible. Cannot get anyone to answer after one week. 

If anyone would know how I could switch that off, I would really appreciate.

  I can't replicate your issue here. What streaming service in specific are you using?

  Deezer but I don't have the issue when I run Deezer without my BlueOS player

  Hello Laurent, 

  Deezer will only play a 30 second sample to BluOS if you are not subscribed to their premium service. It could be that there is an issue with your subscription. I would recommend reaching out to Deezer Support to look into this.
