"Genre->[choose]->Songs->Show All" only shows the first page of songs (Windows 3.10.0)

    Thanks for this Ray - we have replicated it here and sent it to our engineering group to resolve in a near-future release of the BluOS App for Windows and Mac.

    Tony, thanks for the follow up.

    I've been following 2 other issues reported here and I must say the customer support from Blusound is top notch.

    I use WeMo products (Belkin) and have been having issues with them so I'm active on their customer support forums. The WeMo customer support team could learn a lesson or two from Blusound. Their first reaction is to blame the user by making them reinstall/restart everything, multiple times. I've even had a customer service person claim the product didn't have the feature I reported the bug on.

    The next step is to have the customer submit as much personal information as possible, most of which is irrelevant to the problem. If the customer hasn't given up yet then and only then would they even look at it on their side and try to reproduce it, usually weeks or months later.

    You took care of the issue with 1 post 3 days after I reported it. Awesome.

    Awh schucks...

    We've been backlogged here too since the Pandemic started in March so do apologise for undue delay in more 1:1 channels such as phone, e-mail and direct App submissions - but we are working on trying to resolve that too.

    We thank you and everyone for their patience... we will get to all of you as quickly as possible...
