Connecting Sony TV to Node 2i

Hi there, how do I connect my Sony Bravia TV (about 10 years old) to the Node 2i so I can use the active speakers for TV audio? 

I tried using RCA output from TV to 3.5mm input on the Node 2i but there was no sound coming out.  Also tried to play around with the TV settings.  I found a submenu that lets you toggle between TV speakers and Audio System but that did nothing. 

There's also an optical output on my TV that I haven't tried, but I don't have the cabling.

Any thoughts?

  Hello Daniel,

  When you connected the RCA to 3.5mm cable from your TV to the Node, an Analog Input option should appear in the Navigation Menu (where you would find Settings, Help, TuneIN, etc.). Please ensure you switch to Analog Input Mode on the Node once you connect your TV.
