How to run presets in Nad C658 using the SR9 remote control

Hello

I recently purchased a NAD C658. Unfortunately, its SR9 remote control dosn`t run presets, nor can they be programmed in the app. I bought a RC1 remote that allows to run presets in NAD. Is it possible using SR9 ?

  Hello Jacek, 

  Unfortunately as there are no IR capabilities for BluOS presets on the C658, it would not be possible to program these presets to the SR 9 at this time.

  Thank you for your response.

  But then I have a question: why?
  In another room I have Powernode 2 - I can program the remote, including presets.

  In C658 I can program remote for BluOs - Play / Pause / Down / Up .... :) but not presets :(

  IR remote RC1 allows to run presets in NAD.

  Why not SR 9 ?
  Is it a technical, software or other problem?
  Is such functionality planned in the future?
