Songs dont continue playing after turning TV off on NAD T758 V3i

I have just received my NAD T758 V3i. Its connected through HDMI eARC with my LG 55C9
Power off through CEC is disabled so i can keep the NAD on when i turn off the tv.

Scenario:
Both TV and Receiver are on. When I start playing spotify on my NAD T758 it goes great.
Then I switch to Netflix for example on my TV. The receiver understands this because of eARC and I hear the sound of Netflix. If I then select the NAD on my TV it jumps back into Spotify still playing there: So far so good. This because I often like to listen to some music in between TV/Movies.

However, if I just turn off the tv and not first switch back to the NAD input on the tv, the NAD stays on but i dont hear Spotify (but I can see in my app that its playing).

So far I could only manage to get sound from Spotify again through either:
- Cycle through sources
or
- Turn NAD on and off and then cast again my music

Or am i missing something?
