BluOS and M10 Sudden Connection Issues
AnsweredLiterally overnight, my M10 is no longer visible in BluOS. It doesn't appear in my wifi networks either. I have tried resetting everything, including factory reset of M10. Also reinstalled BluOS app. No luck. I cannot run Diagnostics or see Settings in BluOS. I've reached out to support, but haven't had a response. Please help! Thank you.

Hello Jack and Sam,
As from today, I am having exactly the same kind of problem. My NAD M10 is no longer visible in Bluesound app.
How did you solve it?
Kind regards,

The solution I found is to reset everything in my network. So unplug your router (or modem/router if all-in-one). Put any mobile devices you use on the network in airplane mode. Unplug your M10. Wait about 5 minutes. Then plug in your router and wait for it to come online. Then plug in everything else. Take mobile devices off of airplane mode. What this should do is reset the network and give everything a fresh start. It worked for me. I hope it does for you as well.
