Vault 2i unable to pair to bluetooth headphones (airpods)

I have tried unsuccessfully multiple time to pair my airpod pros to my new vault 2i. Is the connection to my iPhone or iPad interfering?

  Hello Leslie, 

  Please turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone and iPad to ensure your Airpods do not connect to those instead (it may be easiest to put them in Airplane Mode). 

  Then, follow the steps I have outlined below:

  • Open the Bluetooth Headphones option in the BluOS app by selecting the house shaped icon and tapping the 3 dots next to the Vault
    
    
  • Place your Airpods into pairing mode (white blinking light)

  • Wait 2-5 minutes to see if your Airpods appear in this list; once they do, select them to have your 2i player pair with them
