    Hello Tom, 

    Truth be told I've personally never seen any report of this error message, and I don't know what sort of error "disabled player" would infer (perhaps an Amazon API error message rather than BluOS?). 

    It's a shot in the dark, but I would recommend disconnecting power from your VAULT, rebooting your router, and once the router is back up power up the VAULT and try again. 

    In the meantime, I see you've got a support request open, so a member of our support crew will investigate further and be in touch.
