User Interface of the BluOS APP
AnsweredI own a Node 2i that I command via my iPad. In order for me to enjoy music streamed at the highest streaming rate I am bound to use the BluOS app instead of using my service App, that is Amazon Music HD, Otherwise I am limited by the capabilities of Airplay 2. In other words, streams that that are at origin 24/192k become 16/44.1k.
What I find is that using Amazon Music HD via de BluOS turns the interface into a very scant and basic one. It essentially loses all the capabilities and beauties that the Amazon Music HD has, reducing it to a simple list of songs or albums. The same happens with other services like Tidal.
Is there any intention on the side of Bluesound to improve the user interfaces to match the ones of the original streaming apps?

Hi Sergio
Thanks for the feedback. The Amazon API they provide to third party integrated systems such as Bluesound isn't always as rich in their feature set as they are native App of the Music Service. We continue to work with Amazon and press for a more detailed API and documentation to provide a better experience for our consumers.
Your feedback has been passed along to our Product Development Team but we encourage you to let Amazon Music know you want more out of their service in your favourite music streamer, namely Bluesound. Thanks for understanding.

Hi again, Tony
Amazon answered “I've forwarded your concern as feedback to our Amazon business team as we make future improvements”
Certainly not much but at least they are aware of my concern.
Take care,
Sergio
