No Library after multiple scans

I purchased a Node 2i on Friday and I’m having problems setting up my library
I have a large FLAC collection; approximately 100,000 songs on my WHS2011 server, I currently have four SlimDevices network players that access my library with no problems.
I have my Node 2i pointing at the same shared folder on my server, \\server\flac, I have tried indexing the folder five times with no with no joy.
It takes 4-5 hours a time, I can see it progressing over time saying 50,000 songs processed and then, 55,500 songs processed and on and on but when it’s finished and the light turns blue on the player there’s no music library listed in the app.
Can someone kindly help me?

Do you have Guest access enabled in WHS?

Hi Mark, I have used the administrator account and password?

I'm not familiar with WHS2011 but Bluesound requires other NAS operating systems to have Guest access enabled. Give this a try - it may work without having to re-index.

Still didn’t work, I’ve sent in a service request. All my other network players, television and games consol can see and use my shares so it’s got to be something to do with the Node 2i.
I’ve been playing music for 10+ years with no problems with the SlimDevices players with the same setup.
