Login troubles
AnsweredThe only way for me to access BlueSound web site and community is through the controller after I open yet another support request ticket and can then access the website URL. Any other way, any device, any platform, any browser and I get "refuse to connect" error message. When support ansered originally, it was going to get forwarded to the website folks. And i got email that ticket is "solved:". Really?

Hello Anthony,
I can't say I understand what is going on (sounds to me like you might need to flush your DNS, but that's just speculation -- reboot your router and all devices to see if that helps), but I can see both the tickets you created are still Open, and not Solved.
In the meantime if a member of the support crew responds you will receive an email, and you may reply to that email (if you get a Solved message, you may still reply to re-open the ticket).
