    Hello Michael,

Your case has been escalated. A member of the support crew will be in touch.

I was told updating my Node2i was the not the reason it got bricked. Yeah right. Bluesound should give users the option to disable these updates.

    Hello,
I now have a dead Pulse mini that was stuck on step 1/4 of an update. Unplugged then plugged again, dead unit.
I went through many steps to solve the issue with Bluesound support crew. They couldn't resolve the issue and confirmed that the unit is dead.
Very frustrating as my unit is only 5 years old and I cross my fingers at each update for my two other Powernodes.
These soundsystems should last much longer than 5 years and it is abnormal that a S/W UPDATE killed it.
Bluesound offered me a 20% discount to buy a new one. Considering the cost increase after 5 years, the new price is the same as I paid 5 years ago... I'll have to go to consumer protection law.
    Beware of poor Bluesound longevity.
    Fred
