Node 2i no longer works > no music at home > extremely dissatisfied
AnsweredI opened a ticket last week but have not received a response yet. I am experiencing the exact same problem a lot of people seem to be having:
Since some time the device stops playing after a few minutes when streaming from the internet or from a shared drive on my local network. I only use an ethernet connection, no wifi. Input via Bluetooth or the optical cable works fine. I have no issues with other devices nor my router or my internet or local network connection. This only started happening recently, otherwise it has been working flawlessly since about two years. Reboot doesn’t solve it. Latest firmware is installed.

Are there other people having the same issue? What do we need to do to get this resolved? Hire a lawyer???
