    Hi Peter

    Don't use a splitter. Pick a Flex and plug the cable into that one (let's say the one on the left). Ensure that one works. When it does, please select the Player on the left then create a Fixed Group, Stereo Pair with the Player on the left being the first one in the group.

    If however, you are having problems before you make the group, just with one Player, please select Help, Send Support Request with that Player selected in the App so we may take a closer look if the signal is being received.

    Tony, that worked...but the sound volume is fixed: I cannot use the TV remote to increase/decrease the volume.

    I am now trying the Audio out, using a single cable to the same Flex as was the Primary in the Optical group.

    The optical pairing was grouped under my name: Television.

    Even with the optical interface unplugged and the group dissolved I find no way to group the two Flex units: the bottom bar continues to show Optical Input then below Television group.

    How can I switch to the audio in?
