Music chops.
AnsweredI contacted several times support but they do not come back to me.
I have a Node 2I which is becoming increasingly useless after only a few months. Music gets chopped all the time when playing Tidal. Not with my library, not with Qobuz. I tried rebooting. I tried changing DNS. I tried changing wifi channel. Nothing really works. It is getting actually worse and worse. I am thinking about claiming my money back and give up on BluOs. Not only the product is defective, also they do not seem to have any clients support. Hope someone can help.

From what I understand you find the issue occurs on TIDAL, but not with your Library or on Qobuz? I imagine you've already signed out of Tidal via the BluOS app (Music Services > TIDAL), rebooted, and re-signed in?
In the meantime, please see if toggling Settings > Player > Audio > Audio Clock Trim helps alleviate the issue.

I did both things you suggest and, in the long run, nothing seems to fix this. Chops with Tidal are still there. Please help. Without Tidal my Node is basically useless.
