Mac OS controller UI
AnsweredReally like the controller on iOS (though wish media buttons were supported like in Sonos) but find the Mac app quite old fashioned. Are there plans to give it a more native feel? Maybe move settings to the menu? And pressing the red "traffic light" shouldn't quit the app. Plus little things like the fonts looking a bit squished.
Also, if I add a Tidal album to my favourites, it doesn't always register – instead I have to use the Tidal app to favourite an album. Also would be nice to access "see artist" (or album etc) from when the artwork plays full screen. Thanks!

Hello Ed,
Thank you for the feedback; I will forward it to our Quality Assurance team for further review.
Regarding adding Tidal favourites not registering: I would recommend signing out and signing back into TIDAL via the BluOS app (Music Services > TIDAL) to see if that resolves this issue.
Regarding the "see artist": from the Now Playing screen (I think this is what you are referring to by full screen), there are 3 dots beside the Track name/Album name. If you hit that, there should be the option to Go To Artist or Go To Album, which may be what you're looking for.

Thanks, Sam. I still can't see the dots on the now playing screen. When an album is playing, it shows, from left to right: artwork, play/pause controls, name of the track/album etc, Bluesound device name, volume, tracklist. The three dots are missing. (An I mean especially when I enlarge the artwork.) Thanks.

Sam, I've just noticed the three dots! But they only appear if I make the app full screen. Would it be possible to keep them viewable even when I'm on a smaller screen?
