    Hello,

    There seem to be a lot of things in play here. It may be best to 1. replicate the dropouts on your player; then 2. to send a diagnostics log via the BluOS app (Help > Send Support Request) and add in any further detail regarding your network and the players so that the support crew may investigate this more closely with you.
