Solid Blue light is on my Vault, but it cannot find player in the App at all.

Hello Dree,
Please put your phone into Airplane Mode, disconnect the Vault from power, and reboot your router. After 5 minutes, you can power up the Vault and take your phone out of Airplane Mode. Once the Vault is back up with a Blue LED, check the app.
If you still cannot find the Vault, please email support@bluesound.com with the make/model of your router and any network extenders/access points/etc you have on your network.
