    Hello Pieter, 

    I would recommend logging out of TIDAL via the BluOS app (under the Music Services > Tidal option in the BluOS Controller app), rebooting the NODE, and then logging back into TIDAL via the BluOS app.

    Hi
    I am also experiencing the same issues when selecting track radio on the iOS app . Same error message. NAD C 368 with MDC 2i installed. I have logged out of Tidal in the BluOS app , rebooted MDC & signed back in again but get same error message. Please advise on a solution. Many thanks.

    Thank you for your recommendation but, same as for Steve, that didn't work for me. The same error message appears.

    I have been working with Quality Assurance and they have been able to reproduce this issue, though it seems to be an API issue (would be why you're getting the TIDAL-style error message, with the 'Ooops').

    In any case this has been brought the attention of our development team to further look into. 

    I apologise I cannot provide a more immediate solution.

    I have been informed that TIDAL has issued a fix in their API that was raising this error, and in my testing the Track Radio via the BluOS app works now. Please give it a try on your end.
