    In Windows Settings, Apps, please completely uninstall The BluOS Controller App. Once uninstalled, reboot your computer and download a fresh install package from www.bluesound.com/downloads and install THAT one.

    We have seen this before at it is a corrupt setting in the Windows Registry that is resolved by uninstalling and installing a new version.
