    Hi Steffan

I am escalating your issue to our Support Crew. I have reviewed your Support History and it doesn't look like you have mentioned that your MDC is not remembering settings after a reboot. We have seen this before and will be happy to resolve it and be in touch soon.

Error after update 3.10.3 still exists. After about 30 minutes of error-free operation, you will hear cracking noises and the sound is distorted when transferring with Roon or Bluetooth. Before OS 3.10 there were no problems. The device (Node 2i) is so hardly usable.

    Hi Peter

No changes were made to Bluetooth or RAAT during the recent update. I would also check and see if the problems occur in BluOS itself. Try streaming without ROON using TIDAL directly. Also note if you are using an external DAC, in the Settings, Player, Audio please disable Audio Clock Trim and see if that helps.

If problems persist beyond that, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review your system log file and provide better 1:1 assistance here.

Tony that is not the case, it is remembering my settings it is just that it's extremely slow to change songs and fast forward in tidal until I have typed in my wifi password again!

Glad to hear you resolved the issue Steffan - please let us know if you no longer need 1:1 troubleshooting and I will close out the request we sent via e-mail.

Haha this is hilarious, where in my $%^% message do you read that the problem is fixed? So by forcing me to type in my wifi password everytime I want to listen to music? Why is it that you want to deny the fact that update 3.10.3 is a pile of $#!t
