Local playlists management
AnsweredHello,
I use BluOS apps (android and windows) with my local library.
When I add a song to a playlist (with the 3 dots on the right of a song line), I have a choice between "Library" and "BluOS" before to click on " + ".
It's seems that this option is not working well because by selecting "library" or "bluOS" the result is the same : a bluOS playlist is created and not a local playlist in my local network location.
This behavior is it normal ? Is it possible to manage local playlists (create, edit) through bluOS apps (windows or addroid) ?
Thank you in advance for your help and advices.

Hello Eliorion,
The BluOS Controller app cannot make changes to your local playlist files -- it can only create and add songs to BluOS playlists which are stored on the player.

So if my playlists are stored in a Vault (mine is on order so I can't test this), I can copy the playlists in that to another share and those playlists are in M3U format?

If these playlists are already showing up in the BluOS app when using your current Bluesound players, then once you setup the Vault, they will be automatically replicated over so the Vault can play these playlists too. No manual copying required.
