    Hello Bo,

I have tested on my M10 but do not get any sudden or loud noises when switching from no Dirac filter to any other filter.

If you are able to reproduce the issue, please send our support crew a log using Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached) so they may look into it further.

In the meantime I would recommend powering down the M10 for 10 minutes and disconnecting the speaker cables, then reconnecting everything and turning it back on to see if that resolves the issue.

    Regards,
    Sam R.

I have the same issue with my Nad M10 after updating to 3.10.It occurs every time when changing Dirac filters. Also, sometimes it seems to freeze up and does not respond to bluos commands and needs to be powered down.

When will the Dirac bass control be available on the M10? It was announced more than a year ago.

    Hello Kirkat,

We'll want to gather some diagnostic info to investigate this further. Do you require powering down the M10 after the Dirac Filter change freeze? If not, please replicate the issue and send a log to our support crew via the BluOS app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached) so they may look into this. They will then follow up with instructions regarding your second mentioned (potentially related?) issue.

    Regards,
    Sam R.
