Four days ago my Bluesound Node 2i updated the software to ver. 3.10.0 and ever since this upgrade my player stops playing if click on the next song in the play bar. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have been in contact with the so called "Support" staff at Bluesound and all they ever say is to send a log file to them which I did and then all I hear is more silence from the support staff. I guess they must love Silence. Cause nobody seems to come on the phone nor do I get a follow up email as to what the problem can be? I have to admit that for such an expensive little unit you'd expect a much better care from the company when the product fails on a software upgrade. There is absolutely no way to revert the unit back to a previous version software. Which I find rather odd. Why not? I have worked with far more expensive units that allow this why not this one? It would be really appreciated if someone in your Support staff actually gets back to the customers and not after six days or when they feel like it. I'm extremely disappointed in the way I'm being treated with my issues from your support division. Hope upper management can see this feed back here.
