Pulse Flex 2i solid red light
I have a Pulse Flex 2i that has a solid red light and I cannot discover it in the BlueSound Controller app. If I try to do a factory reset, it doesn't work. I hold the play/pause button when plugging in, it will switch to solid green, but stays that way (it doesn't switch back to red or blink or anything). When solid green it still is not discoverable. I have plugged in the device directly into my router and it is the same thing. I also tried to see if I could update the firmware via a USB stick but that doesn't seem to work either. I put in a support email yesterday and tried to call today but I have had no response.
I have two powernode 2i devices working currently.

having the same problem, got to solid green - appears stuck. Cannot find mac address anywhere on my network even though it's connected.

If the LED is solid green it is not connected to your network. It is in Hotspot Mode and requires setup. Please see www.bluesound.com/setup for details
