External USB rescan show duplicate files

I had some files from an album that I upgrade so I deleted from the HDD and copy the new ones. Now I have two of them. I tried rescan, also through help\diagnosis but isn't working.

  im ok now. just have to empty recycle bin while HDD is connencted to laptop, then all files will be deleted otherwise, even stuff at recycle bin will be displayed on the app
