change the name of ripped CD on Bluesound Vault 2i

i ripped my CD and some of them has been recognized with the name of another artist and another one has a name (artist, titles..) all in japanese. Can i change the name with windows?   many thanks

  Yes, most everyone needs to do this at some point.  First you’ll need to map the Vault’s drive to your PC as a network drive,  See https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200387457-Accessing-the-Bluesound-Vault-s-Internal-Storage-From-a-Computer for instructions.

  Then you need to use a program that can modify the metadata associated with the CD.  A popular free program that works well is mp3tag.  For changing names it’s quite simple.  There are lots of articles and guides online to assist.

  As Spencer says. And when edits are complete, make sure to do a Help > Diagnostics > Rebuild Index via the BluOS Controller app to reflect these changes.
