    You may contact the support crew either through the BluOS Controller app by navigating to Help > Send Support Request, or a diract email to support@bluesound.com

    This would be the point where I would also go on and escalate your request to the crew, but I feel that you've got some details you might want to include, so a Support Request would be the best approach.

    I am sorry if your past experiences have been unsatisfactory. I do not see any past requests associated with your account and you've only just joined the forum 7 hours ago, so I cannot gather much on how we can improve.
