Tidal/Crestron - queue size?

i have a tidal playlist with 3338 tracks

when i select this and look at the queue, i get Queue - (501-550 of 996)?

why 996?

  Hello Mark, 

  In the past I've loaded Tidal playlists with about 3000 into BluOS and was able to browse through them wholly.

  You may need to scroll to the bottom of what's displayed and wait a few seconds as the rest loads. If that doesn't work, select the last songs in the Queue and the rest should appear below it once it starts to play (if BluOS reaches this last song on its own, it should load the rest automatically).

  went to last song, let it play, queue size did not change

  went back to 1st song

  Interesting. 

  Please send our support crew a diagnostic log by opening the BluOS app and going to Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically included with request) so that they may look into this further.
