USB Library and WiFi Library

I have spend some weeks to refine my music library tagging albums, genres and adjusting coverart sizes to get the most out of my BlueNode. I also added a wifi extender to get exellent signal on the 2.4 band with -48 dbm when checking the diagnostics, and it seems that the 2,4 band is the better than the 5,0.in my house. I use an external HDD connected to my router. It took a while, something around five hours to reindex my 55000 tracks (Wav. files). But I believe that it had to do with the many changes I have done. Minor Changes doesn't take much time.
I am the only user to handle my library, and just using the BlueNode connected to my amp and I wonder if it is possible to use one library running on WiFi and another Library via USB? How many files can the USB alternativ handle? It would be nice to have different libraries for different types of music or audio books. I also would like to see if there is difference in audio quality and be able to do an A to B test.
Before I decided to buy a BlueNode I looked around for information and there is a YouTube video saying USB is the better way to add a library soundwise, at the end of the day it is the sound that matters. I admit that I am very old school but there must be some altering in the files running wireless in the house comparing to a hardwired connection.
If I'm wrong about this please educate me, as I'm new to this, but willing to learn.

There is no difference in Audio Quality between a USB Port or Network connection. No file processing or decoding happens until the file arrives in the DAC. The transport to the DAC is irrelevant. Until processing occurs, 1s and 0s are just 1s and 0s.
