Missing connection after turning the player Node 2i off
AnsweredMy new Bluesound Node 2i has the latest firmware 3.8.17, also I have the latest BluOS version on Android tablet and a iPhone.
This unit is booting normally and comes to an Hotspot mode in Green. I can do all wireless settings and add a player into the BluOS without a problem. The light goes to solid Blue and I can play music from Tidal without a problem. Also for wired Network connection, I have no problem about adding a player and playing music.
In wireless or wired Network connection, if I press Play/Pause button for Vacation Mode, then press to same button to for Ready Mode, the light stays at solid Green, not a solid Blue as expected normally. This means the player did not hold any wireless settings and missing connection. Also BluOS cannot find the player that has been set before. This scenario is the same if I take out main plug and plug it in again ,the unit loses all settings.
Therefore I have to do all setting again to play music after cutting the main power or turning it off via Vacation mode.
I did factory reset and also upload the firmware again. But nothing has changed, the problem is still continuing.

Hello Cumhhur,
Please connect your Node to the internet (either WiFi or Ethernet) and then send our support crew a diagnostic log of your player by navigating in the BluOS app to Help > Send Support Request (log will be included with the request) so that a member of our crew can investigate this further.
