Android Controller incorrectly reports 'WiFi not connected' when internet is not available.

My ISP is fixing their infrastructure problems so I have no internet but my WiFi network is working fine.

When I attempt to control my Node 2i from my Android phone, the app incorrectly reports that I am not connected to WiFi.

  The limitation you are seeing is with Android Phones no longer working smoothly on captive networks. This is a security requirement of Android to prevent your phone from being remotely controlled from a Hotspot.
