    Hello,

    Regarding keys and mouse support:

    There are hot keys supported in the Windows app -- please check Help > Shortcuts for this. 

    I am unsure why you are experiencing mouse control issues. I have personally found cursor actions and scrolling to be adequately responsive. 

    This being said, I must reiterate that we do sincerely appreciate yours and all customer feedback as it helps us improve the user experience.
