    Hi Clemens

We continue to look at options to add as many music services as possible. This includes looking at Chromecast. We continue to work with Google but have no information to share at this time.

Thanks for the feedback and it has been passed along for future consideration.

Clemens, what would you switch to?

I am a techie so the lack of innovation and responsiveness in Bluesound means I will switch. My dishwasher has more innovation in it's quarterly software updates than Bluesound.

I need 5 rooms equipped with sound, currently 2 nodes and 1 Powernode, rest is Chromecast. Mainly using Spotify although I find Google Play Music becoming more & more attractive. Am using HQ streaming in 2 rooms now.

    Thanks for input

    Hi @reneve and others.

I found a good solution with my Node 2i and wanted to make this clear, as I am very happy with Bluesound now and don't want to leave this thread with an unjustified bad reputation for Bluesound.

I shortly after my question found out that Bluesound added the Tidal Connect to its products and did not have any use for a usual Chromecast function anymore.

Therefore I can use the Tidal app directly for the control of my Node 2i and don't need to use the Bluesound app anymore.

    Kind regards

    Clemens
