    Hi Mark

No logo implies you are listening to MP3 quality or lossy content. a CD indicator suggests you are listening to CD quality 16-bit content. HR is Hi-Res 24-bit content

Thanks. Is there any recommendation to use the BluOS app rather than the Amazon Music app?

You cannot use the Amazon Music App to control your Bluesound Players you must use the BluOS App

I have used the Amazon Music app with the Node 2i player and it worked. There is no other bluetooth connection.

If you are using Bluetooth you may be getting 24 bit, but your music is being downsampled to 48Khz rather than 96 or even 192. To receive full Hi-Res, please use the BluOS App

But why the same albums that result in ULTRA HD in Amazon Music app are only "Music" in BluOS app (Mac OS 3.12.0 app - Node 2i firmware 3.12.6)?
