I did all that, right now I rescanned an album cover to get a Clean copy tagged it with folder. jpg added it to the album file.

464 kb. Rebuilded the index, reloaded artwork. No cover shows up.

I was reading your entire post and I can't find any info on what software are you using to edit your "folder.jpg" files. The JPG format is not monolithic, so there are a few caveats that needs to be avoided. From the sheer size of your files I can tell that something is not right. My folder.jpg files are usually 450x450px and they are rarely bigger than 100kb. Even files that are 600x600px shouldn't be larger than 150kb.

As an graphic professional, I'm lucky to have access to Adobe Photoshop, and the example that I'm going to show here is going to be from that program. The options that you can see in software that you use might be in different place, but the parameters are always the same.

When you resize the cover photo in your photo editing software, set the resolution to 72 or 96 pixels/inch, and set the size from 450 to 600px, as you like.

Then try to find some JPG options like in this picture. Avoid using "Progressive" at any cost as many media programs are not familiar with it. These are my preferred settings.

Just one more thing. If there is an option to save Color profile with your photo turn it off as it's only going to make folder.jpg larger in kb and BluOS isn't going to use it anyway.

I really hope this would help. Some other software that I used earlier thought me to be pedantic with the way I submit my media files to the Library so I didn't have any problems with Library indexing on BluOS from the beginning. All the subfolders with music in my Library looks like this example.

Hi and thank you all for advises and helps, I found what was wrong, but first of all let me say that I started out by ripping in EAC and then scanned the covers myself, and just like you Igor I have Photoshop elements to adjust the covers. This work started years ago and as I listened to music via JRiver media software  that was at the time a very good audoiphil software. JRiver didn't care what size a jpg was or how the file was named. So I did it my way to create a good and easy to find structure. The problem was when migrating from computer to Bluesound Node. Some covers turned up while other didn't.

So after a lot of trying, adding, Reading the this forum and a lot of other thing a I found out that JRiver seems to not tag the cover into the files they seems to handle it in their own way. I also found that some of my covers was too big. I decided to try another ripper and was advised by another forum member (thank you Bjorn)  to ttry db -poweramp. Voila this software has a feature to read my files and add the cover. If the jpg's are a Little to big It can downsize it to whatever size I prefeer. It don't mind the filename so my Jpg's are still named for example: From Elvis In Memphis - Elvis Presley - A - Rz. So I'm A Happy Man!  I have a lot of work to do adding  all those missing covers.(and sometimes use Photoshop to resize the biggest ones) For all of you Flac friends, I still listen to Wav, and it works great!
