    Hi Jeff

    Here's a how-to including smartphone screenshots; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/216863587

Hope this helps... if it was in fact an issue with the Android UI, drop us a note at support@bluesound.com so we can troubleshoot if it is in fact not the Playlist but some sort of connection issue with the phone...

So it looks like the process to create a BluOS playlist is different on different platforms. On Windows, the playlist is created and songs are added to it one at a time. On Android, a play queue is created and, when complete, it is converted to a playlist. I can certainly deal with that but I would think that you would want to have a single process across all BluOS platforms.

    HI Jeff

The platforms do not differ but check Settings in the App and see if you have Auto-Fill turned on in Android and turned off in Windows

I finally figured it out. When you "Add to Playlist" on Windows, you get a screen that allows you to click on either Tidal or BluOS to access the appropriate playlist. On Android, both the Tidal and BluOS icons are visible, but you can only get to the Tidal playlists. You have to slide the display to the left with your finger in order to access the BluOS playlists. Whether or not Auto-Fill is turned on is irrelevant with this approach. I'm very happy with this. Case closed.
