    Hi Harvey

    If you cannot update via the Internet, consider setting a DHCP reservation. If you are not receiving the e-mail link - your mail provider is seeing the link as SPAM. Consider whitelisting bluesound.com in your spam folder. 

    In the meantime - I have escalated your request so we may solve this longterm if you are not able to upgrade using the App.

    You guys must think I'm dumb... Just because you make a response does not mean you answered my question.

    This is not resolved yet!!

    Do you think I would have posted a comment in your forums if I did not check my spam.... Don't give me an excuse for your system not working.

    There are two other forum posts regarding the exact same issue from other people.

    I need the firmware update file for your Vault 2. That is all. I don't need support team to give me an excuse. In the time I have wasted sending this email and waiting for your reply, you or a member of your team could have sent this and resolved my problem. Instead y'all have made this last even longer.

    Send me the file for your piece of crap product that won't update and stay connected to my network.

    If you don't want these issues to continue then just have the files accessable on your website and stop making customers jump through hoops to get support.

    Regreating not going with Sonos right now.
