Cannot discover and when I try to set up it announces wireless disconnected

    Hi Charles

    Something may have changed in your network router's firmware

    • Please power down your players and any other network-attached devices. (Laptops, tablets, and smartphones you can simply put in Airplane Mode).
    • Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Start powering up all your Players and network devices.
    • Reconnect your tablets and laptops
    • Relaunch the app

    This will reset your network router's cached addresses. Once you have it back on the network, drop us a note by selecting Help, Send Support Request.

    Setting a DHCP reservation for devices will help. Also consider resetting your Android devices network settings in the Phone's settings App. We have seen sometimes that clears out badly stored network cache on your handheld device. Huwawei and Samsung seem to be worse than others in this category.
