My NAD M10 is silent

my NAD M10 works fine except now it is totally silent, no signal at the speakers terminals. This is usually few minutes after reboot but now after 5 hours it still stays silent. Otherwise works fine.
It has been upgraded to the newest software, 3.8.13

NAD's support is a joke. I did contact support 3 weeks ago, no answer. If you really care about costumers just do reply to this emails, not just copy and paste replies on this forum.
NO SUPPORT JUST SALES.
