Vault backup questions

Some questions regarding backing up the Vault 2i to a dedicated, direct attached Western Digital Elements 4TB disk. I have close to 600GB of music on the Vault. Starting the backup process from the BluOS app the Vault estimates it’ll take 17 hours to complete. Is that accurate? 17 hours to backup 600GB to a direct attached disk? Also, from the time estimate it appears the backup is a full backup. Is it possible for the vault to do an initial full backup and each subsequent backup being an incremental backup so only the changes to the library are captured? Finally, can music be added and/or removed (e.g. additional CD rips) from the library while the backup is running?

HI Spencer - the USB port on the VAULT is an older 2.0 so that is not unreasonable in our experience timewise. It is an incremental back up so your first back up will be considerably slower.
YOu can add and remove music during the backup but realise your delta may be off from the backup...
