Battery pack and drops in players.

I have now noticed that when I have my battery pack charging that the signal drops to the players. I have looked in the log at the time of the drop and seen BATTERY EVENT then BUFFERING. The battery seems to be dropping the players. I have carefully attached one battery then used the player and get these results. Anyone else or any explanations please? I have submitted a LOG to support.
