amazon hd: Individual titles are not played
AnsweredI have an Amazon HD account. On my BlueOS devices (Node2, PowerNode 2i, Pulse Mini) the following problem occurs regularly: Individual pieces of music are displayed as if they were being played, but nothing is heard. The next or previous track in the play list is played normally. This happens mainly on Amazon Radio or curated playlists. So it should not be a rights problem. Since it occurs on all devices, even a logout/login at Amazon does not help.
This has nothing to do with the internet connection.Tidal and Qobuz run without problems.

Please run one of those playlists on an ungrouped PULSE MINI or POWERNODE. Then select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we can see the log file. We will then be in touch via e-mail.
