    We recommend powering down the NODE, add the network cable then start it again to avoid router confusion. If problems persist, please e-mail us at support@blueosund.com and we will be happy to help troubleshoot further.

    I found the post and it appears that I've made a "contribution" instead of a "request". i have no idea what the difference is and how to make one instead of the other. This discussion board approach is thoroughly confusing.
